Admissions
We use the South Carolina Department of Social Services Universal Application for our application. You can download it in Microsoft Word format here. The application can be filled out on your computer. When completed, please e-mail it to nikki.lindsey@boyshomeofthesouth.org. If you do not have access to a computer, you may fill out the form and mail it to: Nikki Lindsey, Boys Home of the South, 10612 Augusta Road, Belton, SC, 29627. You will be contacted by telephone to verify receipt of the application and set up a pre-placement interview. When you come for a interview, you must print out the form and sign it where indicated and bring it with you.Please note that any placement without a referring agency will be considered a private placement and will be billed at our daily rate.
