Paid Professional Houseparent
Requires effective skills in counseling, direct care, documentation, planning,
communication, judgment, appearance, orderliness, perseverance, leadership, stability
and cooperation.
Must have the personal characteristics and experiential background necessary
to provide appropriate care to residents, win their respect, guide them in their
development, manage a home effectively, and participate in the overall treatment
program.
