Strategic Goals

Strategic Goal 1 --- Education and Training

Boys Home of the South will provide ongoing education and training for our boys and staff--- academically, spiritually, physically, emotionally and socially. We will develop or adopt a campus-wide program of care to include all of the above aspects of development and build a strong team of leaders.

Strategic Goal 2 --- Program

Boys Home of the South will carefully examine its Program of Care and revise or develop a new program to better "mend boys and build men" in a homelike environment.

Strategic Goal 3 --- Facilities

Boys Home of the South will upgrade the cottages to make them more home-like and secure; will clean and upgrade the facilities; and will make plans for usage of acreage.

Strategic Goal 4 --- Financial Stability

Boys Home of the South will work to use resources wisely, build its financial base, operate debt free, and increase the endowment, with the goal of operating with minimal state funding.
